This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and MinMax AI as a result of your use of its services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of MinMax AI, and MinMax AI will not be liable for any actions or omissions on your part in this capacity.
